Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

You fill out our order form and choose a package that best fits your needs. Once you have completed the checkout process, a team member will reach out to you to confirm the date and time to drop the boxes off at your home. You pack up your belongings and have a simple, successful move, then we coordinate a time to pick up the boxes at your new home when you are done. Simple as that!

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of the greater Charlotte area and zip codes. If the zip code you need does not show up as serviceable at the bottom of the order form, send us an email at info@simplepackboxes.com or give us a call at 980-270-2004 and we can customize a solution for you. 

How long can I rent the boxes for?

We have pricing for 1 week through 8 weeks. Any longer than that and we will need to customize a solution for you. 

What if I need to extend the amount of time that I need the boxes for?

We get it, things don't always go as planned when moving. If you need to extend for another week, we charge an additional fee of $35 for Boxes and $5 per Dolly per week.

Can I write on the boxes?

We do ask that you do not write directly on the moving boxes because they can stain. Using labels or tape to write on is preferred.

What happens if a box or dolly gets lost or damaged?

We know accidents happen. If boxes or dollies are lost or damaged to the point where they can no longer be used, you will be charged $25 per box and $75 per dolly

Can I purchase boxes after I have moved?

Yes, you can purchase our boxes for $25 each after your rental period is over. If you just want to purchase boxes without renting them, we do offer this option as well.

Are the boxes clean?

We make sure to clean and inspect all of our moving boxes after they have been used to ensure your belongings will also remain safe and clean.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you have placed an order but need to cancel, you can do so at any time. We do recommend that you cancel as early as possible so that we can properly manage our inventory for other customers. If a refund needs to be issued, we can credit the funds back to the payment method that you used.

Are the boxes all the same size?

Yes, for now, all the boxes we have are the same size with the lids attached. This makes them easy to stack on top of or inside one another.

What is the capacity of the boxes?

Our boxes are made out of durable plastic right here in the United States, but they do have limitations. They can be filled with 100 lbs. per box and stacked 5 boxes high. Inside, they can fit 18.75 gallons or 2.5 cubic feet. The exterior dimensions of the boxes in inches are 27 x 14 x 11.5.
